1)First thing what you need to do is see to that blog or website has around 2000 to 3000 unique visits per day and having page ranking 1+

2) Then file a formal appeal for reinstalling your Google adsense account using Google’s official Invalid Clicks Appeal Form .

3) Then try to provide them accurate information in Google’s official Invalid Clicks Appeal Form.

4) They would definitely look at your information you appeal. If they found out you are innocent they would definitely reinstate your banned Adsense account

Just wait for few days and there are many applications daily coming to Adsense office with the appeal that there account is Genuine. So wait for your turn and if it is really genuine and Adsense team feel that you are genuine then its sure your will get your adsense back like many others got.
